I figured since all of my attempts have failed to get my side out on this issue, I figured that I would post it here.  I will work with any client former or current to see to it that each issue is resolved.  But please note, you will have to have documentation to support your claim or issue.  It’s not going to be where someone just says “hey, you owe me money.” The only reason that I am writing this is to get my point across. I’m not going to sit here at this point and go back over the last 8 years of this entire problem.

Let me be really clear about something – I go above and beyond to make sure that my clients are taken care of. I’ll do whatever is needed (within reason) to ensure that clients are happy with the services that I provide.

*Please note – the initial issue has been resolved with Bob Hubbard or Silver Star Web Designs, this has been a continued vendetta with Ken Stuczynski of Kentropolis.*

For starters, if anyone wants a refund, all they have to do is head over to here and fill out the request form.  Refunds have always been on a case by case basis.  You must also provide some type of documentation to support your claim (ex: Invoice, Receipt), If you’re owed money, please click here to fill out the form for that.  You must submit documentation to support your claim.

We live in a informational era, where people need to know stuff. Which is totally fine by me, but you must understand that there are two sides to every story. But with the Internet, people only want to believe one part of it. They don’t want to take time out to see it for themselves, they would rather just jump to conclusions.

Now, with that out of the way.  There has been a certain someone that over 8 years ago decided to make a big issue over nothing, an issue that was refunded and taken care of. This person has made it a goal to continue in the posting and online rants that I choose not to take a part of, yes I do see everything that’s posted.  I don’t have the time to sit here and worry about what people decide to write about me, I have one direction to go and that’s forward. That site, since it’s launch, has turned off into a spin off and a personal vendetta which the people that started it know exactly why they are doing it. Hell, they won’t even take my calls about it or even respond to my emails at all. Then again why would he? Several cease and desist letters have been sent off to him, all have been ignored. He has refused to remove the content citing that I need to do things his way. But is the Ken Stuczynski way, the way to do things? I am not saying that I am perfect, no one is. Mistakes are made in businesses every day, mainly because people are human. That’s right Ken, Human. What people do with the mistakes is what matters to people. To correct an issue with a client is called customer service.

Ken Stuczynski had made it his personal mission to continue is trashing and bashing spree, dragging people into it that has nothing to do with the situation or other companies that he assumes is mine. I do in fact own several domains that are running really well now, I won’t disclose them because the moment I do, Ken Stuczynski of Kentropolis.com will post them up on one of his many sites. Ken thinks that he is doing “the public” a favor as he puts it. But is he really? Is posting other people & companies that he assumes are mine, really doing the public a favor? Far from it. These other companies and individuals have been destroyed by his unfounded and pointless claims.

Please, if you have a problem with me then email me, and I’ll get to the bottom of it. I will update this as days go on to get this current.

I can guarantee you this, I will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re taken care of, it may take time but at least at the end of it all the issue is resolved and behind the parties involved, regardless of what other people think.
